15am, on 30 December 2008, IOF fired a missile towards a group of children who gathered close to As Sikka st.
in Beit Hanoun.
The attack killed two sisters; Lamiaa,4, and Haya Talal Hamdan,11, and injured their brother Ismail,10, who was reported to have sustained serious injuries.
