AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights considers the use of excessive and lethal forces a grave breach of the 4th Geneva Convention and the principles of the humanitarian and international law.
AL-MEZAN emphasizes what was mentioned previously.
It is extremely necessary that the international community, in particular the high contracting parties of the 4th Geneva Convention, immediately intervene to end this massacre, provide international protection for the Palestinian civilians, and take the necessary steps to present the Israeli war criminals before an international court of justice to make them accountable for the war crimes that they have committed against the Palestinian civilians.
