The belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces continue committing systematic aggressive attacks against the Palestinian civilians.
The Israeli Forces continued to use lethal and excessive force against the Palestinian civilians.

Mousa Shhadah I’ed, a 45 year old resident of Al-Bureij Refugee camp in Gaza Strip, died yesterday after inhaling tear gas fired by the Israelis at Palestinians near Beit- Hanoun (Erez) crossing to the north of Gaza.
Ibrahim Dawoud Allamah, a resident of Beit Ummar/ Hebron in the West Bank also died yesterday in a Jordanian hospital.
It is worth mentioning that he was hit in the head by a live bullet on 12/10/2000, and was referred to Jordan to receive specialized intensive care.
Mohammad Faris Al-Danaf, a 47 year old UN-ambulance driver was injured by the Israelis in the left leg while providing first aid to an injured Palestinian during the yesterday’s clashes near Kfar Darom Jewish settlement in Gaza Strip.

In this context, they cleared one Donum of agricultural land located by Al-Matahin (Mills) junction close to the Jewish settlement Kisofim by Al-Qararah in Gaza Strip.
1.
5 Donums were in the same location were cleared earlier.
The Israeli Forces also destroyed a fence-wall and the rooms of the ground floor of a house owned by Ashour Abdin.
The siege imposed by the Israelis upon the Palestinian population centers has caused complications related to health such as the following:
On 16/10/2000, Naim Atallah AlAbd Ahmad, a 37-year old resident of Al-Zawiah village near Nablus, died due to complications resulting from not being allowed to travel to a hospital in Nablus to undergo haemodialysis.
He used to undergo such treatment several times aweek as he was suffering from chronic renal failure; a condition that necessitates such therapy.
On the same day, the Israeli soldiers did not allow Houriah Mari’, a pregnant woman from Bani Ouda near Jericho, to travel to Jericho hospital.
Despite the fact that she needed urgent care, they allowed her to go to the hospital only on foot.
As aborted her fetus.
On 17/10/2000, the Israelis prevented the 18- year old Mohammad Yasin Irhaiem, and 20- year old Raid Salim Abu Madi from crossing Rafh border passage to Egypt where they were supposed to receive specialized medical treatment.
The Israelis justified that by security considerations.
AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights ascertains that the new escalation of aggression reflects a deliberate intention of the Israelis to cause the highest possible number of casualties among the Palestinian civilians and to destroy their properties.
AL-MEZAN Center still requests the international community to actively interfere to stop the massacres committed against the unarmed Palestinian civilians and to provide protection for them.
