Short Link:
On 3 May 2004, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights achieved a ruling by the Israeli High Court banning the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) demolition of homes in the middle area of the Gaza Strip.
IOF had notified the residents of 15 homes that their homes would be demolished through loudspeakers.
The homes, which shelter 20 families are located south to the settlement of Kfar Darom.
Al Mezan will continue its efforts to prevent the IOF's home demolition of Palestinian civilians' homes in the Gaza Strip.
