Al Mezan Center for Human Rights is gravely concerned for the continued Israeli aggression against Palestinian civilians and their property in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
The Center views the Israeli procedures as illegal collective punishment of civilians.
As such, the Center calls upon the international community, especially the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention, to intervene immediately and put an end to the Israeli breaches of the Convention, which is fully applicable in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
