Israel's navy detained 12 Palestinian fishermen Saturday night off the coast of the Gaza Strip, a spokesman for Gaza's fishermen said Sunday, a day after a Palestinian NGO said that a Palestinian have been killed and 14 others injured in the Strip since August 26.
